We guarantee 100% image Quality Check to ensure that all the scanned images are satisfied without the paper folded, double feed, black lines, focus problem, etc. All failure documents will be rescanned again with system report for record.

| Indexing Service can help in future to retrieve the images or data correctly. In order to make the highest accuracy rate, we applied the double key entry for the indexing. During the process, two operators input the same information, if the data is not matched or 100% the same, the system prompt out the error message and ask for correction.
The output format of the index file is generated as csv or xml format, Quality Assurance will take 20% sampling test on both image & index before writing to CD/DVD.
